Today is Daffodil Day. Be sure to get behind this great organisation by buying a bunch of daffodils. The volunteers from the Cancer Society made an amazing effort to come out to Thyme Out Estate on a cold and rainy day to collect daffodils from us for the big day.
My love of the op-shop goes back many years. As a young immigrant, the op-shop was my refuge to find all those household necessities for the children and I. There is so much choice and all the money went to a good cause – a real win-win situation.
