Homegrown

It’s a blessing to be able to eat from your own vegetable garden and this year it certainly is working well!

We’ve had tomatoes, peppers, eggplant and cucumbers galore from the tunnel house as well as a collection of outdoor veggies like lettuce, silver beet, spring onions etc.

Thyme Out is busy with guests this summer and it is great to hear how much everyone seems to appreciate the peaceful surroundings and walking through the garden in full bloom.

This year it is still lovely and green thanks to the regular rain we had in the past month. Slowly the water level of the pond is going down but that has not stopped the waterlilies from flowering.

I hope you all noticed the beautiful full moon last night. I sat outside yesterday evening and enjoyed gazing up at that big ball of light shining down on me. It really makes you realise that life is pretty good!
